Your continued use of this site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new or modified terms. Further, these terms and conditions apply exclusively to your access to, and use of, this site and do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Btours Ltd for products, services or otherwise.

Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these booking conditions references to "you" and “your" include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.

Please Note: We act only as an agent. When you make a booking your contract (or contracts) will always be with the supplier(s) of the travel services you have booked. Our obligations to you may vary depending upon which arrangements you book with us, and we set them out clearly below.
By making a booking, you agree on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that you have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them and that you are over 18 years of age.
Check that all names, dates Etc. are correct on receipt of all documents and advise us of any errors immediately. Any changes to these details may will incur charges. Please ensure that the names given are the same as in the relevant passports.
When you make your booking, you must pay either (a) the relevant deposit, or (b) the full amount, as specified at the time of booking. If you believe that any details on the booking summary (or any other document) are wrong you must advise us immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later, you may incur charges to make changes and it may harm your rights if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any documentation.
You will be required to pay either (a) make full payment for your booking at the time of booking, or (b) a deposit. Note: Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you in your booking documents. In this case, if full payment is not received by the balance due date, we will notify the supplier who may cancel your booking and charge the cancellation fees set out in their own terms and conditions.
When making your booking we will arrange for you to enter into contracts with the suppliers (for example, airline, hotel, transport, insurance or other supplier) named on your booking summary. We act as agent and not as principal in relation to these bookings.
Details will be given to both you and the supplier at the time of booking. The supplier's booking terms and conditions will apply to your booking and we advise you to read these carefully as they contain important information about your booking. They may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you, as well as in accordance with applicable International Conventions.
You may wish to purchase flights, hotel, car rental, transfers or other services on our website. Each component will be provided by different third-party providers of the products you have selected. Your contract will be with the individual suppliers and not with us. As an agent we accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the supplier or for the services provided by the supplier. However, depending on which arrangements you book with us a combination of travel services may be a package under the Package Travel Regulations for which we are responsible as package organiser.
Hotels may require credit card or debit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. As such, we will send your credit or debit card information directly to the hotel at which your booking is made and we may verify (i.e. pre-authorise) your credit card as well. Upon check-in, guests may be required by the hotel to present a valid ID and/or credit card or, in the hotel's discretion, debit card, in their name that is consistent with the transactional details provided.
When booking flights with most low-cost airlines, we will act as your booking agent on criteria specified by you. In relation to such bookings, you appoint us to source those flights on your behalf and you are our principal. We will arrange for you to enter into a contract directly with the airline concerned. Your payment obligations will be as agreed between you and us. In all other respects, you will be subject to the airline's terms and conditions which you must refer to on the relevant airline's website. You are advised to read these carefully prior to requesting us to book your flight. We accept no liability in relation to any contract you enter into with the airline, or their acts or omissions, or for the flight service itself.
Charter flights: When you book your charter flight through us, we act as agent for the charter flight provider who holds an ATOL. The contract will be between you and the charter flight provider.
If You Want to Change or Cancel Your Holiday
Any cancellation or amendment request must be sent to us in writing by the lead passenger and will not take effect until received by us. If you cancel or amend your booking the supplier may charge the cancellation or amendment charge shown in their booking conditions (which may be 100% of the cost of the travel arrangements). We may collect this on their behalf and you also must pay us any applicable administration charges.
Changes or Cancellations by the Supplier
We will inform you of any changes or cancellations as soon as reasonably possible. If the supplier offers alternative arrangements or a refund, you will need to let us know your choice within the time frame we stipulate. Except where we act as package organiser, we accept no liability for any changes or cancellations made to your arrangements by the supplier under your contract with them.
Our responsibility for your booking
Your contract is with the supplier and the supplier’s terms and conditions apply. Unless we act as package organiser, as agent, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of the travel services. Our responsibilities are limited to making the booking in accordance with your instructions. We accept no responsibility for any information about the arrangements that we pass on to you in good faith. However, in the event that we are found liable to you on any basis whatsoever, our maximum liability to you is limited to two times the cost of your booking (or the appropriate proportion of this if not everyone on the booking is affected). We do not exclude or limit any liability for death or personal injury that arises as a result of our negligence or that of any of our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.
The contract for your arrangements is between you and the supplier and any queries or concerns should be addressed to them. If you have a problem whilst on holiday, this must be reported to the supplier or their local supplier or agent immediately.
If you wish to complain when you return home, follow the TTNG Complaints procedure or write to the supplier as set out in your booking confirmation. We will of course assist you with this if you wish - please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
You can also access the European Commission Online Dispute (ODR) Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. This ODR platform is a means of notifying us of your complaint; it will not determine how your complaint should be resolved.
Your Financial Protection
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us, as ATOL holders (No.:11724), we will confirm that this is ATOL protected. We provide financial protection Multi Contract Packages which include flights, operated by the Civil Aviation Authority (Gatwick Airport South, West Sussex, RH6 0YR, UK, telephone: 0333 103 6350, email: email@example.com). When you buy a flight inclusive Multi Contract Package from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. For further information, visit the CAA website at www.caa.co.uk/atol-protection/
Please note that ATOL protection is not available for flights with low-cost carriers or where your payment is made direct to airlines unless they are part of a package.
The Travel Trust Association (TTA)
We are a Member of The Travel Trust Association (TTA), membership number: Q7851 (www.thetravelnetworkgroup.co.uk/verify_member) which gives our customers the most complete consumer protection system the market has to offer (www.thetravelnetworkgroup.co.uk/faqs). We are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to you by.
Where we are package organiser
Depending upon which arrangements you book with us and how they are booked, your travel arrangements may constitute a package holiday where we are the organiser under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Where we are package organiser, we will still be acting as an agent and your contracts will still be with the separate travel service suppliers. However, as package organiser we will be responsible for the performance of the travel services included in your package, irrespective of whether those services are to be performed other travel service providers (our suppliers). If any of the travel services are not performed in accordance with the package travel contract and we don’t put that right we may be liable to offer you compensation, but within the limits of the law and the terms of these booking conditions.
Where we are package organiser, you may transfer the booking to another person. An administration charge will be made of £50 per person for transfer requests made and you must also pay any further costs we incur in making this transfer. As most airlines do not permit name changes after tickets have been issued, these charges are likely to include the full cost of the flight. Both you and the new traveller are responsible for paying all costs we incur in making the transfer.
Where we are package organiser, if you’re in difficulty whilst on holiday and ask us to help we will provide appropriate assistance, in particular by providing information on health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and helping you to find alternative arrangements and any necessary phone calls/emails. You must pay any costs we incur, if the difficulty is your fault.

Tours & Activities (Where we are Principals / Tour Operator)

When booking and participating in a tour or activity, guest is responsible for selecting a tour that suits his or her abilities, fitness level and general wellness. Please read individual tour descriptions carefully to learn the requirements and recommendations for each tour. BTOURS.COM is not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result of (but not limited to): physical exertion for which a guest is not prepared; forces of nature; consumption of alcoholic beverages; civil unrest; terrorism; breakdown of equipment; the adequacy of medical attention once provided.
Guests grant BTOURS.COM express permission to take photographs or make video documentation of its tours for promotional and commercial use, as well as approval of such use by third parties with whom BTOURS.COM may engage in joint marketing, without financial remuneration.
Special Requests and disability
If you have any special requests (for example dietary requirements, cots or room location) or you have a disability, please let us know at the time of booking. We will pass on all such requests to the supplier but we do not guarantee that they will be met and we will have no liability to you if they are not. If your disability needs cannot be met by the hotel or airline, please contact us.
Adequate travel insurance is a condition of your contract with either us or the supplier in question, as applicable. You must take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.
Failure to disclose relevant information will affect your insurance. If you fail to travel with adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
Accommodation Ratings and Standards
Accommodation ratings are displayed as provided by the supplier. These are intended to give a guide to the services and facilities you should expect from your accommodation. Standards and ratings may vary between countries, as well as between suppliers. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any ratings given and no warranty is given or implied.
Any local taxes will be payable by you to your accommodation supplier. The local authorities in certain countries may impose additional taxes (tourist tax, etc), which have to be paid locally (e.g. at the hotel). You are exclusively responsible for paying such additional taxes.
Safety standards in some countries may differ from those applicable in the United Kingdom. We strongly advise that all customers seek to minimise their exposure to injury by familiarising themselves with relevant safety information. For more information per country visit: www.gov.uk/world
Passports, Visas and Health
We can provide general information about the passport and visa requirements for your trip, but this is for guidance only and it remains your responsibility to check the requirements before you travel. Your specific passport and visa requirements, and other immigration requirements are your responsibility and you should confirm these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates. Neither we nor the supplier accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. Most countries now require passports to be valid for at least 6 months after your return date. For more information on passports please visit www.gov.uk/browse/citizenship/passports.
Please note that the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) currently advises against all but essential travel to a number of overseas destinations, including popular holiday destinations in which we operate. However, many of these destinations remain open and welcoming to UK tourists and flights to and from these destinations continue to operate. Whilst holiday destinations remain open to UK tourists, flights continue to operate and holiday services can be performed, we will continue to offer holidays to our customers who wish to travel.
If you book a holiday with us during the Covid-19 pandemic, you confirm that you have checked, understand and accept the FCDO travel advice relating to your chosen destination, including where there may be a requirement on you to quarantine upon your return to the UK (or in destination), and understand and accept that there is a heightened risk of travelling during the Covid-19 pandemic, beyond that associated with travel during ordinary times. You are also required to purchase a specialist travel insurance which includes certain cover for Covid-19.
You are required to read and accept this Acknowledgment of Risk [ https://www.btours.com/acknowledgement-of-risk-covid-19/ ] which hereby forms part of your contract with us.
For up-to-date travel advice from the UK government, visit www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice and https://travelaware.campaign.gov.uk. We recommend that you consult these websites before booking in order to make an informed decision about your chosen destination, and again before departure.
You must purchase specialist travel insurance policy available which includes specific cover for Covid-19 related issues and incidents which may affect your travel arrangements [and travelling to a destination subject to a FCDO advisory against travel], You can choose to purchase the travel insurance offered by us on our website or a comparable alternative. It remains your responsibility to read and understand the insurance policy and ensure that it is suitable and adequate for your particular needs. Please read your policy details carefully and take them with you on holiday. If you choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, we will not be liable for any losses suffered by you in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
Cancellation – the following clauses are in addition to our standard cancellation terms and charges:
Where you are choosing to travel to a destination subject to the FCDO advisory against non-essential travel, you accept that once your booking has been confirmed, if you decide not to travel due to the FCDO advisory, you will have to pay our standard cancellation charges as shown in clause of these booking conditions – you are not entitled to cancel and receive a full refund in these circumstances, as it is assumed and you confirm that you have made your booking with full knowledge of the FCDO advisory against non-essential travel.
Where your chosen destination is exempt from the FCDO advisory against non-essential travel at the time of booking but is subsequently removed from the FCDO exemption list and at that point becomes subject to the FCDO advisory against non-essential travel, you accept that you will not have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. If you choose to no longer travel in these circumstances, you will have to pay our standard cancellation charges as shown in clause of these booking conditions, as you made your booking with full knowledge of the risks of travelling during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Please note that we will have no liability for any refunds, compensation, costs, expenses or other losses of any kind incurred by you (including, where applicable, the cost of medical treatment), in the following circumstances:
(a) If you, or anyone in your booking party, test positive for Covid-19, or are notified or otherwise become aware that you have, or suspect you may have, come into close contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid-19 (or where they otherwise suspect they may have Covid-19) and have to self-isolate for a period of time.
If this happens within 14 days of your departure date, you must contact us immediately as you may no longer be able to travel. We will offer you the following options where possible and subject to availability:
a. Postponing your holiday to a later date. We will notify you of any impact on the price the postponement may have (please note that you may have to pay full cancellation charges on some elements of your holiday, such as the flight, as well any increase in cost imposed by suppliers);
b. If not everyone on the booking is affected, you will have the right to transfer your place on the holiday to another person nominated by you, subject always to compliance with the requirements within our booking conditions;
c. Cancelling your booking, in which case we will impose our standard cancellation charges as at the date of cancellation by you. You may be able to claim these costs back from your travel insurance – please check your policy wording.
If this happens whilst you are on your holiday, please notify us immediately and we will provide such reasonable assistance as we can in the circumstances. However, we will not be responsible for covering the cost of any curtailment of your holiday, missed transport arrangements, additional accommodation required, or other associated costs incurred by you. Your travel insurance may cover some of these costs for you – please check the policy wording.
(b) You fail any tests, checks or other measures imposed by a supplier, airline, port or airport, border control authority or other government body or local authority or fail to submit for testing or assessment when requested to do so, and as such you are denied boarding, entry to the destination, access to the travel services or you are otherwise unable to proceed with your holiday, or any part of the holiday, or you are required to self-isolate within the destination. Your travel insurance may cover some of these costs for you – please check the policy wording.
Your holiday experience
You acknowledge that the suppliers providing your holiday will need to comply with national and/or local guidance and requirements relating to Covid-19 and have implemented certain measures as a result. This will likely include specific requirements regarding personal protective equipment, such as use of face-masks by staff (and you may be required to wear a face-mask as well), social distancing, maximum number restrictions on the use of certain facilities, designated alternative entrance and exit routes, mandatory hand sanitisation, limited entertainment options and limited food/drink availability and temperature testing. We do not expect these measures to have a significant impact on your enjoyment of your holiday and all measures will be taken with the purpose of securing your safety and those around you.
Events Beyond Our Control
In these booking conditions, “Events Beyond Our Control” means a situation which is beyond our or the supplier’s control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. Such situations are likely to include, whether actual or threatened, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, flood, epidemics and pandemics, fire, airport, port or airspace closures, restrictions or congestion, flight or entry restrictions imposed by any regulatory authority or other third party, an FCDO advisory against travel to a particular destination and any other government restrictions on travel. Except where otherwise stated in these booking conditions, we have no liability including for compensation, costs and expenses in such situations.
Unavoidable and Extraordinary Circumstances
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions we will not be liable or pay you compensation if our obligations to you are affected by any circumstances which we or the supplier of the service in question could not have avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken. These circumstances can include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil strife, terrorist activity and its consequences or the threat of such activity, riot, the act of any government or other national or local authority, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, chemical or biological disaster, weather conditions which make it impossible to travel safely to the destination and all similar events outside our control or the control of the supplier concerned.
Please be aware that the terms and conditions of the supplier will normally state that your stay can be terminated, with no refund, if the behaviour of your party falls below an acceptable standard. You agree to indemnify us for the full amount of any claim (including all legal costs) made against us by the supplier or any third party as a result of your conduct.
